Lamborghini Abu Dhabi & Dubai is seeking a highly driven and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, and drive customer engagement. The role requires expertise in marketing strategy, event planning, digital marketing, public relations, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with dealership and OEM goals.

  • Identify target audiences and create engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to maintain a leading edge.

Event Planning & Public Relations:

  • Conceptualize and execute events to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

  • Ensure seamless event execution aligned with dealership and OEM objectives.

  • Develop and implement a strong PR strategy for both online and offline channels.

Customer Engagement & CRM:

  • Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to convert inquiries into sales.

  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and optimize follow-up strategies.

  • Implement loyalty programs and ensure post-event CRM funnel engagement.

Digital Marketing & Brand Compliance:

  • Monitor digital marketing activities to ensure alignment with corporate identity (CI) guidelines.

  • Oversee the creation of visual content to maintain brand identity and engagement.

  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies for social media, PR, and digital marketing campaigns.

Market Research & Budget Management:

  • Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive strategies.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.

  • Track marketing performance through reports and data-driven analysis.

Team & Vendor Management:

  • Lead the marketing team, set KPIs, and conduct regular training sessions.

  • Manage external vendors and agencies to execute high-quality marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, event planning, CRM, and public relations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
