Atlantis Resorts is seeking an Assistant Manager, Wellness to oversee the AWAKEN SPA operations at Atlantis, The Palm. The role ensures compliance with health and safety policies, service standards, and inventory management, while supporting and motivating spa staff to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AWAKEN SPA daily operations and ensure service excellence aligned with 5* Forbes Guide standards.

• Resolve guest complaints professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Manage inventory of guest supplies, operational items, and retail products; coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.

• Submit reports on staff utilization, tips, and commissions.

• Cover Manager on Duty shifts and perform spa shifts when required.

• Support, train, and motivate junior team members.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational SOPs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in luxury spa and wellness operations.

• Strong understanding of Forbes service standards.

• Experience with CRM systems, guest feedback management, and SOP implementation.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexible, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.

• Multilingual candidates (Russian, French, Italian, Chinese, German) preferred.
