Assistant Manager, Sales – Abu Dhabi | Nestlé
Nestlé Abu Dhabi , UAE

Nestlé is looking for a driven Assistant Manager, Sales to join their Food Services division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on out-of-home channels including Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Airlines, and Workplace. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, driving sales growth, and strengthening customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within Food Services.

  • Prioritize key KPIs and activities according to the Operational Master Plan (OMP).

  • Achieve sales targets while managing trade expenses and budgets effectively.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the Foodservice industry.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

  • Organize schedules efficiently to meet deadlines and utilize internal systems for tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams and key accounts to pursue new business opportunities.

  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve year-end targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

  • 2-3 years of sales experience; FMCG industry experience preferred.

  • HORECA / Out-of-Home Sales experience is a plus.

  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Valid UAE driving license.
