Nestlé is looking for a driven Assistant Manager, Sales to join their Food Services division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on out-of-home channels including Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Airlines, and Workplace. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, driving sales growth, and strengthening customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within Food Services.

Prioritize key KPIs and activities according to the Operational Master Plan (OMP).

Achieve sales targets while managing trade expenses and budgets effectively.

Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the Foodservice industry.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

Organize schedules efficiently to meet deadlines and utilize internal systems for tracking and reporting.

Collaborate with distributor sales teams and key accounts to pursue new business opportunities.

Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve year-end targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

2-3 years of sales experience; FMCG industry experience preferred.

HORECA / Out-of-Home Sales experience is a plus.

Strong commercial acumen with analytical and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Valid UAE driving license.
