As an Assistant Product Manager, you will support the Product Management team in developing and executing product strategies to enhance the e-commerce platform. You will analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and contribute to product development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.

• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competition.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer service teams.

• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

• Monitor product performance post-launch and suggest improvements.

• Create product documentation, including user stories and release notes.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Support go-to-market strategies for successful product launches.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or tech.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana.

• Passion for e-commerce and user experience.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
