Käthect is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – PMO to oversee the smooth execution of its ICOFR project for FY 2024 on a contract basis. This on-site role in Abu Dhabi involves coordinating with senior stakeholders, managing project risks, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous process improvement within a finance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main liaison between senior management and process owners, ensuring consistent communication and goal alignment.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues for timely resolution.

Status Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates, highlighting resolution progress on ICOFR-FY 2023 gaps.

Gap Mitigation: Track and follow up on unresolved gaps from the previous fiscal year to ensure timely closures.

Quality Assurance: Oversee daily project deliverables to maintain high-quality standards.

Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in project management procedures.

Additional Support: Assist with other finance and project-related activities to support effective ICOFR execution.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Finance, or related discipline

Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in finance/accounting environments

PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage

Strong skills in stakeholder communication, risk analysis, and project tracking
