Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is hiring an Assistant Manager, Medical Representation exclusively for UAE Nationals. This full-time role involves promoting Nestlé Nutrition’s infant products to healthcare professionals in an ethical and scientifically-informed manner. The role is centered on building strong relationships with medical stakeholders, advocating breastfeeding while supporting healthcare professionals with reliable information and resources aligned with WHO and Nestlé’s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Nestlé’s commitment to “Breastfeeding is Best for Babies.”

• Detail Nestlé Nutrition products and provide scientifically accurate information to medical professionals.

• Organize and participate in educational and product knowledge sessions, medical meetings, and seminars.

• Manage assigned territory effectively, maintain CRM database, and share relevant market insights.

• Ensure presence and visibility of Nestlé products in hospitals and medical institutions.

• Foster long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.

• Uphold compliance with WHO Code of Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes, Nestlé policies, and local regulations.

• Engage healthcare professionals through various channels, including conferences, seminars, and events.

• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure responsible marketing practices.

Requirements:

• UAE National

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, or Biology

• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is preferred

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and ethical engagement skills

• Proficient in CRM tools and familiar with territory management

• Passion for health and nutrition advocacy and compliance
