Dubai Holding Entertainment is looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing to join their team. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and content across the portfolio of Dubai Holding’s attractions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of marketing experience and a strong background in campaign management and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing platforms.

Oversee and support the delivery of marketing campaigns for Dubai Holding Entertainment attractions.

Create and execute marketing and communication plans, manage timelines, and monitor campaign success.

Supervise content calendar development and manage social media storytelling.

Support sales team in executing sales strategies and planning.

Provide campaign briefs, debrief reports, and post-event analysis with KPIs and results.

Develop and manage events to maximize exposure and drive footfall.

Collaborate with marketing agencies on creative, PR, digital marketing, and media buying initiatives.

Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and partners.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Marketing.

5-10 years of relevant marketing experience.

Experience with B2C marketing and sales-driven campaigns.

Strong skills in campaign management and budget management.

Excellent communication and marketing acumen.
