Our client, a global leader in flexible packaging solutions and part of an established international group with a strong presence in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join their team in Dubai.
Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and workplace culture. This position reports directly to the Regional HR Manager for UAE & Oman.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Partner with business units to support organizational growth and workforce planning.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.

Drive performance management, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives.

Draft and implement HR policies and ensure audit and documentation compliance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure legal compliance.

Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and DE&I programs.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s preferred).

5–7 years of HR experience managing operations for 500+ employees.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in multicultural/international organizations is a plus.
-
Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
Compensation:
-
Salary: AED 20,000–25,000/month
