We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Assistant Manager – Guest Services to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a hospitality professional with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding guest experience while supporting and guiding front office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a visible and approachable leader, personally welcoming and engaging guests

Proactively resolve guest concerns and requests with professionalism and empathy

Personalize guest interactions to create memorable and meaningful experiences

Support and mentor the Guest Services team to ensure service excellence

Oversee daily front office functions ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and safety

Drive guest satisfaction scores and encourage positive online reviews

Collaborate with marketing to highlight exceptional guest moments on digital platforms
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field

Prior experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Proficient in Opera PMS and other front office systems

Strong problem-solving skills and guest-centric mindset

Professional appearance with excellent communication and presentation skills
