Assistant Manager – Guest Relations


Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a Guest Relations Assistant Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences and service excellence. This full-time, on-site role involves managing bookings, handling guest feedback professionally, and coordinating with front and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and professionally seat guests while ensuring service standards are met
- Manage guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating as needed
- Optimize reservation bookings to maximize covers and efficiency
- Maintain expert knowledge of restaurant offerings and provide accurate order recommendations
- Handle function bookings, coordinating with FOH and BOH teams for seamless event execution
- Ensure compliance with local licensing laws and promote responsible alcohol service
Skills Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
