Role Summary:
Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a UAE National to join its team as Assistant Manager – Front Office. This client-facing leadership role is ideal for someone with luxury hotel experience who thrives on delivering exceptional service and personalized guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest arrival experiences, including VIP preparations and special requests

• Supervise Guest Services and Guest Relations teams, providing coaching and guidance

• Personally welcome VIP and suite guests with professionalism and attention to detail

• Resolve guest complaints swiftly to ensure satisfaction and maintain service quality

• Engage with in-house guests to gather feedback and promote hotel services

• Coordinate guest events (e.g., welcome cocktails) with internal departments for smooth execution

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• UAE National (as per government Emiratization requirements)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Operations

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera Property Management System
