The hotel features 400 spacious rooms and suites, 15 world-class restaurants and bars, Talise Fitness, Talise Spa, and a wide range of shopping and lifestyle attractions. It is also home to the Museum of the Future, directly accessible from the hotel.


About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager – Front Office at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth delivery of front office services, ensuring high guest service standards while managing daily operations and team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Management: Ensure smooth, courteous service delivery and resolve guest complaints in accordance with established guidelines.

  • Team Leadership: Manage daily Front Office operations, guide the team, and foster teamwork to ensure effective communication.

  • Revenue Optimization: Implement upselling strategies and support revenue optimization through effective rate and room management.

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor input standards, assist with check-ins, maintain lobby cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments for smooth guest experiences.

  • Duty Management: Undertake duty management shifts, assume responsibility for guest safety and security, and resolve issues in the absence of senior management.

  • Compliance and Process Improvement: Drive compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


About You:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a 5-star resort or hotel.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office; familiarity with front office systems.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional international language is preferred.

  • International Experience: Experience in the Middle East is desirable.
