Assistant Manager – Forensics

KPMG Lower Gulf is hiring a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Forensics to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for professionals with strong forensic backgrounds and a passion for investigation and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle small to medium forensic assignments and investigations.

  • Ensure compliance with KPMG’s global and local risk management procedures.

  • Participate in client meetings, assist in preparing proposals and terms of reference.

  • Draft forensic reports and contribute to report writing based on assignment scope.

  • Support business development initiatives and internal knowledge sharing.

  • Use Microsoft Office applications and forensic tools (e.g., I2 Chart) proficiently.

  • Stay up-to-date on internal and external forensic-related publications and material.

  • Mentor junior team members on assignment processes, documentation, and best practices.

  • Report regularly to performance managers or team leaders on ongoing activities.

Relevant Advisory Skills and Behaviors:

  • Demonstrates autonomy and accountability in task execution.

  • Identifies business opportunities and informs leadership.

Person Specifications:

  • Strong background in forensics (accounting, forensic technology, law enforcement, or legal experience preferred).

  • Proven experience in fraud investigations, risk assessments, and advisory services.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations.

Linguistic Skills:

  • Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written)

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
