Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking an Assistant Manager Events Planning to support the department in meeting Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role involves assisting in event planning, maximizing hotel revenues, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across rooms, food & beverage, and events operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the efficient operation of the events department in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies

  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly events and sales targets

  • Maximize hotel revenues and profits across all departments

  • Plan, organize, and deliver outstanding proposals to win events business for the hotel

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure the successful execution of events

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
