This on-site, full-time role is designed for a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest service and operational leadership.

As Assistant Manager – Butlers, you will play a key role in supervising the Butler Team to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining personalized guest relations, resolving feedback and complaints, conducting quality checks, overseeing team performance, and ensuring the highest level of service standards are maintained throughout all butler operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize and build rapport with VIP and repeat guests to enhance guest loyalty and experience.

• Supervise daily butler operations, ensuring efficient handling of guest complaints and requests.

• Lead and motivate the Butler Team, fostering productivity, training, and professional development.

• Conduct quality checks on guest floors and butler pantries to ensure service excellence.

• Manage staffing plans, duty rosters, and special event coordination.

• Oversee team performance assessments through role plays and operational tests.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Shift Leader in Butler Services or Guest Services in a 5-star luxury environment.

• Background in training (Task Trainer, Group Trainer preferred).

• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in luxury Butler Services is essential.
