Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Banqueting Manager in supervising banquet operations and leading the service team

• Coordinate with the kitchen and ensure smooth floor function during events

• Oversee all banquet setup, decorations, cleanliness, and service in line with company standards

• Ensure seamless execution of banquets as per customer requirements

• Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues with professionalism and poise

• Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance skills

• Contribute to revenue generation strategies and uphold luxury service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or related banquet environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
