Recruiters World is seeking an Assistant Manager for its signage & outdoor media operations. The ideal candidate will assist in project execution, client management, and business growth while ensuring top-quality service delivery and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Project Execution & Coordination – Oversee project execution, estimation, and team coordination.
💬 Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
🗂️ Team Support – Assist the General Manager in managing design, production, and installation teams.
💰 Budgeting & Cost Control – Help with budgeting, cost control, and optimizing profitability.
🚀 Business Growth – Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies.
⚖️ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with UAE signage regulations and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
💼 Experience – Minimum 5 years in signage or outdoor media industry.
🔧 Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of signage materials, production, and installation methods.
👨💼 Leadership & Project Management – Experience in team coordination and project management.
💸 Budgeting & Cost Control – Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles.
🗣️ Communication Skills – Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
🛠️ Technical Skills – Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, or other management tools is a plus.
🇦🇪 Regulatory Awareness – Knowledge of UAE signage regulations.
