Job Summary:
Gulfa is seeking motivated Assistant Machine Operators to join its production team in Ajman. The role involves assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of bottling and production machinery used in the manufacturing process. This position is ideal for candidates with a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production equipment used in mineral water bottling.

• Monitor machinery performance and promptly report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators.

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure efficient equipment performance.

• Support troubleshooting efforts and help minimize machine downtime.

• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and company operational standards.

• Keep detailed records of machine operations, maintenance work, and repair activities.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to improve operational workflows and productivity.

• Participate in ongoing training to build technical expertise in machine operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply.

• Technical Skills: Practical understanding of production equipment and machinery.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and ability to assist in resolving technical challenges.
