Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Lobby Lounge Manager to lead Peacock Alley, the hotel’s signature lounge. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with a flair for luxury service, deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, and a drive for excellence in guest experience.

You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring a multicultural team, and curating memorable moments for every guest—all while supporting efficiency, innovation, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of Peacock Alley, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality

• Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction, hygiene, and safety

• Train, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create bespoke dining experiences and themed events

• Manage inventory, monitor cost controls, and support budget adherence

• Respond efficiently to guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally

• Drive team motivation through incentive programs and performance feedback

• Contribute to menu development and beverage innovation, with emphasis on Asian culinary and beverage trends

• Maintain accurate reports including stock takes, shift schedules, and departmental updates

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel lounge, fine dining, or similar high-end F&B setting

• Strong command of food & beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and service leadership

• Expertise in Asian cuisine and beverage offerings is highly valued

• Formal training in hospitality or F&B management

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for guest service, attention to detail, and an eye for innovation

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
