Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Learning & Development Manager to join its on-site team in Dubai. This full-time role supports the L&D Director/Manager in overseeing the hotel’s training initiatives, ensuring a positive and growth-focused work culture. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional capabilities and a passion for employee development across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze employee training needs and help prioritize development programs
-
Deliver high-quality training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
-
Coordinate internal training workshops with the L&D Director/Manager
-
Assist in preparing the annual Learning & Development plan and budget
-
Maintain training materials and manage L&D resources and supplies
-
Assist in selecting and developing departmental trainers through regular workshops
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a professional training environment
-
Expertise in instructional design, learning theory, and evaluation techniques
-
Strong computer skills and experience with training platforms/tools
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
