Atlantis, The Royal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team at Ling Ling, a vibrant Cantonese dining and nightlife concept by the Hakkasan Group. Located on levels 22 and 23 of the iconic resort, Ling Ling offers panoramic views, elevated cuisine, and an immersive guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a passion for luxury service, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations and profitability
• Train, mentor, and schedule team members to ensure high performance and service standards
• Implement and uphold company SOPs, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and optimize operating costs while enhancing guest satisfaction
• Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and guest-centric service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Contribute to employee retention and team morale through hands-on leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Previous international experience is preferred
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer focus and ability to perform under pressure
• Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality and innovation
