Atlantis Resorts, a globally renowned destination known for creating unforgettable experiences, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for En Fuego, a vibrant South American cuisine restaurant located at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. This full-time, on-site leadership role involves overseeing restaurant operations, team development, financial management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.

As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to manage service excellence, training, staffing, food and labor costs, and compliance with health and safety standards. The position demands a dynamic and positive leader with deep hospitality knowledge, especially in high-volume, themed dining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring consistency in guest experience.

• Train, motivate, and retain staff across all service areas.

• Manage food cost, labor budgets, and overall P&L responsibilities.

• Develop and implement staffing plans.

• Uphold safety, hygiene, and company policy compliance.

• Support innovation and high-volume service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Prior experience in a South American cuisine restaurant or similar themed concept is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and motivate diverse teams.

• Strong understanding of operational financials and strategic planning.

• Adaptable, high-energy individual with a guest-centric mindset.
