Role Overview:
Palazzo Versace Dubai is looking for an Assistant F&B Server – Banquets to join its world-class team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless banquet service delivery, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and attention to detail. This role requires professionalism, a passion for service, and the ability to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional dining and beverage service experience for all banquet guests.

• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly and courteously.

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional, unobtrusive manner.

• Maintain familiarity with beverage service, including glassware and garnishing standards.

• Complete opening and closing side duties, ensuring tables are properly set to standards.

• Operate the hotel’s POS system for sales, billing, and check closures.

• Carry trays, reset tables with linen, glassware, and silverware efficiently.

• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet buffets, displays, and side stations.

• Address guest feedback and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of service areas and banquet setups.

• Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures diligently.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience or internship in a similar F&B or banquet service role.

• Prior experience in luxury hotels or fine dining environments preferred.

• Strong customer care and communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Physically fit and able to work long hours during events or high-volume periods.
