Job Summary:
Givaudan is seeking an Assistant Evaluator to join their Fine Fragrances team at the Regional Creative Centre in Dubai. In this role, you’ll support the fragrance development process, assist the evaluation team with lab coordination and administrative tasks, and contribute to the creative journey of scent formulation for personal and home care products.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Coordinate market research samples and manage the samples library.

• Schedule meetings, prepare notes and minutes, and ensure task follow-ups.

• Maintain internal databases and manage communication across international fragrance development centers.

• Organize internal fragrance evaluation sessions.

• Participate in improvement initiatives.

Team Coordination:

• Manage the inventory of proactive fragrance collections.

• Allocate development projects and support internal team workflows.

• Assist with customer visits and presentations.

Lab Coordination:

• Monitor stock of fragrance oils and coordinate procurement.

• Maintain strong communication between development and lab teams.

• Raise internal requests for fragrance application samples.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or fragrance evaluation role.

• Exposure to or interest in the fragrance or cosmetics industry is a plus.

• Highly organized and proactive, with a collaborative team spirit.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
