Caparol Middle East and Africa, a leading player in the coatings industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Credit Controller to join their finance team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting financial operations and ensuring effective credit management.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the collection of overdue payments through client follow-up via email and phone.

Prepare and verify credit documentation for clients.

Handle Letters of Credit documentation and coordinate bank submissions.

Accurately book incoming payments in SAP.

Manage handling of cash and cheques.
-
Prepare periodic financial and credit reports.
-
Support invoice preparation and maintain related documentation.

Process cheque and bank transfer payments.
-
Perform account reconciliation and ensure timely updates.

Maintain knowledge of and assist in credit control procedures.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-
2–3 years of experience in a similar credit control or finance-related role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Working knowledge of SAP HANA or SAP FICO is a plus.
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines.
