Canadian University Dubai is looking for an Assistant/Associate Professor in the School of Management to join their academic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as Statistics, Information Systems, Operations, Marketing, Business Analytics, and more. The selected candidate will contribute significantly to curriculum enhancement and provide teaching support for both graduate and undergraduate courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the program

• Assist the Program Chair in daily operations

• Ensure curriculum alignment with university standards and UAE Ministry of Higher Education requirements

• Engage in teaching, research, and community outreach activities

• Contribute to the development of new courses and curriculum evaluation

• Provide academic advising and support to students, particularly those at academic risk

• Participate in faculty and departmental meetings, orientation, and professional development workshops

• Support the School’s accreditation efforts and represent the university in professional settings

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in one of the relevant specializations (e.g., Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, etc.) from top 500 QS-ranked universities, preferably western accredited

• Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness and research publications in highly ranked Scopus journals

• Preferred experience with Canadian institutions or Middle East teaching experience

• Preference given to candidates with Canadian affiliations, such as Canadian qualifications or lecturing at Canadian universities
