Position Overview:
ROVOP is hiring a ROV Asset Coordinator to join our Asset team in Dubai. This newly created position is designed to support our regional ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) operations by managing system inventory, maintenance coordination, and certification documentation within our Inventory Management System (IMS). This role also involves cross-functional support for various asset-related administrative tasks across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate ROV system inventory data in IMS, including part numbers, models, and storage locations.

• Support regional ROV fleet with updates to IMS models and part records.

• Coordinate preventative and routine maintenance schedules with Technical and Asset departments.

• Liaise with Project Managers and ROV Supervisors to manage asset notifications and third-party inspections.

• Retrieve and organize asset certification documents from client portals or inspectors.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper digital filing and document uploads to operations modules.

• Maintain Operations Module in IMS as the authoritative source for asset and maintenance data.

• Assist the wider Assets Team with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in asset coordination or a related role, with a strong background in data input and Microsoft Office tools.

• Familiarity with asset management systems and documentation processes.

• Desirable: Understanding of ROV industry practices and terminology.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities effectively.
