Gemstone Real Estate Development is hiring an Asset and Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and management of its real estate portfolio, including residential units, retail spaces, labor camps, and warehouses across Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and negotiation skills.

The role involves managing day-to-day operations of assets, ensuring high occupancy, reducing operational costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry and possess a valid UAE driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing and operations of company-owned assets across various property types.

• Oversee tenant relations, facility maintenance, and marketing of vacant units.

• Lead a team including admin staff, labor camp managers, drivers, and service providers.

• Drive revenue growth and cost reduction through strategic leasing and vendor management.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including MOHRE and DCD.

• Conduct regular site visits and assess rent rates to ensure alignment with RERA and market trends.

• Prepare leasing budgets, monitor related expenses, and report directly to the CEO.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing and asset management.

• Proven ability to manage P&L and reduce operational costs.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially when dealing with senior-level tenants.

• Experience in managing diverse teams and handling service provider contracts.

• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
