Job Title: Asset Analyst 

Job Description:

A leading investment group based in Dubai, with a diversified portfolio encompassing luxury real estate, automotive, general trading, and logistics, is looking for an Asset Analyst to join their team. This position is critical for ensuring the accurate tracking and management of asset transactions, valuations, and financial adjustments, while also identifying opportunities for optimization and performance improvements.

As part of the finance team, the Asset Analyst will maintain comprehensive records for each company and property, both in Excel and the company’s accounting software, and will contribute to decision-making through evaluations of capital expenditures and their impact on asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Ensure precise documentation of asset transactions, valuations, and financial adjustments for regulatory and auditing purposes.

• Asset Register Creation: Develop and maintain asset registers for each company and property, both in Excel and using accounting software.

• Capital Expenditure Evaluation: Assess capital expenditures, analyzing their impact on asset value and performance.

• Optimization & Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for asset optimization, cost reduction, and improvements in efficiency.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on asset performance, assisting in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an Asset Analyst, with a focus on financial analysis or asset management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.

• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess capital expenditures and asset performance.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and track asset data accurately and efficiently.
