NeoX FZCO is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Leader to join their team in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves supervising and coordinating assembly line activities to ensure efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, quality control, process optimization, and team development, while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

   • Supervise daily operations of the assembly line to meet production schedules.

   • Assign tasks and responsibilities to assembly line workers.

   • Monitor line efficiency and productivity while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Quality Control:

   • Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.

   • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure product quality.

   • Resolve quality issues promptly and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Process Optimization:

   • Identify areas for process improvement and waste reduction.

   • Apply lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.

   • Analyze production data and develop solutions to address bottlenecks.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

   • Lead, coach, and mentor assembly line workers.

   • Develop and implement training programs for staff.

   • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

5. Safety and Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

   • Implement safety policies and conduct safety audits.

   • Provide regular safety training for assembly line workers.

6. Resource Management:

   • Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.

   • Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate inventory for production runs.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments to align on production goals.

   • Communicate production plans and performance metrics to management.

8. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate assembly line records and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years in assembly line operations, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

• Extensive experience in electronics or microelectronics manufacturing.

• Proven track record of improving efficiency and managing production lines.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control techniques.
