ITP Media Group’s Hospitality, Entertainment & Design division is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Artworker/Retoucher to join its dynamic design team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in visual design and image editing who are passionate about producing high-quality, brand-aligned content. The successful candidate will support iconic publications such as Time Out, Commercial Interior Design, Hotelier Middle East, and Caterer Middle East.

You will be responsible for producing and refining visual elements across print and digital platforms, preparing artwork, and ensuring consistency with brand standards. You’ll collaborate closely with editors, designers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced media environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manipulate images, illustrations, and graphics for various hospitality and design brands

• Prepare print and digital artwork files for production

• Retouch and colour-correct images to meet publication and editorial standards

• Collaborate with editorial and design teams to ensure visual consistency

• Ensure artwork adheres to established brand guidelines

• Manage image production workflows in collaboration with brand editors

• Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices in design, retouching, and publishing

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a similar role, ideally within publishing or advertising

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Additional skills in Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro are desirable

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
