Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Creative & Engaging Teaching:

• Deliver high-quality Art lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum.

• Inspire students to explore their creativity through various artistic mediums.

• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through artistic expression.

📚 Curriculum Development & Student Progress:

• Plan and implement lesson plans that meet school and curriculum objectives.

• Assess student performance through observations, portfolios, and projects.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

🏫 School & Student Engagement:

• Support students in art competitions, exhibitions, and creative projects.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning experiences.

Key Requirements:

✔ Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a UK curriculum school.

• UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS) required.

✔ Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Differentiation.

• IELTS score of 6.5+ (academic level) or TOEFL 79-95.

• Preferably with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEC approval for UAE-based candidates.
