Art Director – Fashion Design

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Dubai. As the Art Director, you will collaborate closely with the Fashion Design team to create seasonal themes, mood boards, and inspiring new concepts for the brand. You will manage the design process from conception through final styling, oversee the collection preparation, and supervise a creative team to ensure the designs meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select seasonal themes, mood boards, and develop new inspiration for the brand.
• Manage the design process from concept to final styling in collaboration with the Fashion Design team.
• Prepare collections with 30-50 options based on an agreed color palette, mood board, and fabric selection.
• Supervise, coach, and train the design team, providing the necessary support and guidance.

Requirements:

• 38 years old or below with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, a similar field, or equivalent visual design qualification.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong leadership skills and a compelling portfolio are required.

Salary:
AED 19,500 to 20,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
