Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multi-site operations across our private vault facilities and retail locations in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end multi-site operations who thrives in an environment where discretion, service excellence, and operational precision are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

• Lead and manage retail, sales, administrative, and operational teams to drive performance and collaboration.

• Maintain exceptional client relationships, ensuring discretion, privacy, and premium service delivery.

• Coordinate mobile and multi-location operations for seamless service continuity.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements where required.

• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and company standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations management.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Client-first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive interactions discreetly.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach.

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required.
