Ma Lab Furniture Trading Co. LLC is seeking a highly motivated and talented Architetto Junior to join our growing design team in Dubai. You will support the design, documentation, and site implementation of interior architecture projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong technical foundation, exceptional design sensibility, and experience in both office and site coordination.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Design Development

• Support senior designers in conceptualizing innovative interior solutions.

• Develop 3D interior models using 3ds Max and create photorealistic renderings using Corona Renderer.

• Prepare client-facing graphic presentations, mood boards, and internal review packages.

📐 Technical Documentation

• Produce detailed 2D architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using AutoCAD.

• Ensure all documentation complies with local codes, company standards, and project requirements.

• Assist in organizing and preparing full project documentation for various stages.

🏗️ Site Implementation Support

• Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure fidelity to design intent and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors and raise any discrepancies or RFIs with the Design Lead.

• Support on-the-ground design queries and oversee finish quality and execution.

💻 Software & Presentation

• Use Adobe Photoshop for graphic presentations and rendering post-production.

• Support the design team with administrative and presentation tasks for smooth project flow.

✅ Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

• 2 years of practical experience in an architecture or interior design firm, with on-site exposure.

• Proficient in 3ds Max & Corona Renderer (mandatory).

• Strong command of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
