We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Inspector to support on-site construction activities across high-end residential and hospitality projects in Dubai. Working under the supervision of the Resident Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

In this role, you will conduct routine site inspections, monitoring workmanship, materials, and installation to ensure alignment with the design intent and project requirements. You will identify non-compliances, issue reports, and follow up with contractors to ensure timely corrective actions.

You will also review shop drawings and material submissions, participate in site meetings, and assist in coordinating between contractors, consultants, and design teams. Maintaining accurate site documentation, inspection reports, and records will be a critical part of your responsibilities.

This position demands a strong attention to detail, particularly for luxury villas and hospitality projects where precision, finishes, and quality execution are essential.

Requirements (Rewritten)

• 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision or inspection roles

• Background within a consultancy environment is preferred

• Experience on luxury villas, high-end residential, or hospitality projects

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishes

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

• Knowledge of construction methods and QA/QC processes

• Strong site inspection, reporting, and coordination skills

• Effective communication with contractors and consultants

• UAE experience preferred, with knowledge of local regulations

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field

Salary

AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
