Join the innovation-driven team at MAKS Engineering Consultancies as an Architectural Draftsman / BIM Modeller based in Dubai. We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to develop precise architectural drawings and advanced BIM models, contributing to cutting-edge projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce comprehensive architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

Develop accurate, detailed 3D BIM models aligned with project specifications.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Integrate revisions and updates into BIM models during various stages of the project.

Identify and resolve design conflicts using clash detection tools.

Assist in preparing visual presentations and client-ready documents.

Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and drafting standards.
Requirements:

5–6 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman or BIM Modeller, preferably in the UAE/Gulf region.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM software.

Solid understanding of construction practices, building codes, and architectural detailing.

Ability to visualize spatial relationships and create high-quality, detailed drawings.

Strong communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.

Self-driven, deadline-focused, and quality-conscious.

Experience in modern BIM workflows is a strong advantage.
