Job Title: Architectural Draftsman 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing precise architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD and 3D Max, with additional knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite considered an advantage.

This role requires a deep understanding of UAE building codes, excellent drafting abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate architectural drawings and detailed floor plans using AutoCAD and other design tools

• Create technical drawings based on initial sketches, site visits, and client specifications

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure drawings align with project needs and regulations

• Revise and update drawings in response to design feedback or client modifications

• Maintain organized records of drawings and design documentation

• Assist the design team in creating conceptual presentations and working drawings for ongoing projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max is mandatory

• Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is a plus

• Strong grasp of UAE building codes, construction methods, and technical standards

• High attention to detail and excellent drafting precision

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform well under pressure

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
