Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our design team in Dubai. This role involves transforming architectural concepts into detailed construction drawings and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with local building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Convert sketches and design concepts into precise construction-ready documents.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proper design implementation.

• Revise plans based on stakeholder feedback, regulatory changes, or new specifications.

• Stay updated with Dubai’s building codes, zoning laws, and architectural regulations.

• Create 3D models and presentation materials for client meetings and approvals.

• Organize and maintain design documentation for internal teams and contractors.

• Assist with permit applications by providing all required technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or Design.

• 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and material usage.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and produce accurate blueprints.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
