Job Description:
VAC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join its creative team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and designers to transform conceptual designs into precise technical drawings that meet regulatory and project-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure drawings reflect design intent.

• Translate design concepts into accurate working drawings.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and client specifications.

• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from internal teams and consultants.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar architectural software.

• Solid understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion or V-Ray.

• Prior experience in residential or commercial architectural projects.
