About the Role:
Our leading global design consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Architect (RIBA Part 2) to join their Dubai team. You will contribute to high-profile, iconic new build projects across the UAE, working within a BIM-led environment to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. This is a direct hire, permanent role with immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lead Architects and senior management to develop architectural designs across all project phases, from concept to completion.

• Prepare and manage detailed design and construction documentation in line with deadlines and client requirements.

• Produce architectural drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports, including cost and material recommendations.

• Conduct research on building products and systems focused on performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project managers, to deliver coordinated design solutions.

• Adapt architectural plans to address technical or site-related challenges while maintaining design integrity.

• Utilize CAD and BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and visualization tools to develop accurate architectural models and drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

• 5–8 years of postgraduate experience with a focus on iconic regional projects.

• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization software.

• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural principles.

• Understanding of engineering disciplines and their coordination with architectural design.

• Skilled in producing comprehensive construction documentation and specifications.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong conceptual and technical design skills.

• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for sustainable architecture.
