Architect Project Manager

🏢 About the Role:

As an Architect Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within budget, on schedule, and at the highest quality. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and apply best practices in project management across all phases of design and execution.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to project teams, driving effective decision-making and ensuring clear delegation of roles and responsibilities.

• Serve as the main client liaison, maintaining professional relationships and managing agreements and documentation.

• Establish and coordinate project objectives with design teams to achieve targets.

• Monitor and control internal project budgets, and manage sub-consultant tendering and evaluation.

• Coordinate design inputs across architecture, structural, and engineering disciplines, both internally and with external consultants.

• Support business development activities, assist in fee proposals, and contribute to marketing efforts.

• Apply comprehensive project management methodologies aligned with company policies.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; postgraduate degree in Project Management, LEED, or PMP certification is an advantage.

• 10–15 years of experience covering design, supervision, contracts, and multidisciplinary coordination, preferably gained within a large consultancy in the Gulf region.

• In-depth knowledge of all design phases across architecture, structure, and engineering for complex projects.

• Adept in problem-solving, planning, and applying mature judgment to define objectives and project standards.

• Solid understanding of FIDIC and other contract types.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and professionally.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, Aconex, AutoCAD, Revit, and other project management tools.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

💼 Salary:

AED 30,000–35,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
