Asha Contractor is seeking a full-time Architect Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) approval to join their consultancy team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing architectural projects from design through construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and collaborating across engineering and project management teams for efficient and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural design and construction phases of projects.

• Ensure all projects meet design specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate closely with civil engineering, construction, and project management teams.

• Evaluate and revise project plans as needed to ensure efficiency and cost control.

• Maintain effective communication with consultants and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Skills & Qualifications:

• DM (Dubai Municipality) approval is mandatory.

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong experience in project management and architectural execution.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multi-disciplinary coordination.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Prior experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.

• Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Dubai.
