Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Arabic Language Tutor (In-Person) to deliver fun, interactive, and effective learning experiences. In this role, you will teach Arabic using 3arabian’s structured curriculum while helping students achieve real communication skills across different dialects. You will play a key part in shaping the learner experience and bringing our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person tutoring for various Arabic dialects using 3arabian’s curriculum and teaching methodologies.

• Adapt to flexible teaching schedules aligned with student availability.

• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and understand their goals.

• Prepare thoroughly for each session and ensure a high-quality learning experience.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress daily and report updates to the supervisor.

• Create, edit, and enhance engaging teaching materials and class content.

• Coordinate student schedules and manage bookings through the calendar system.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance and enhance teaching standards.

• Collaborate with the team on additional tasks that support company goals and student success.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and typing).

• Experience teaching languages (Arabic teaching experience preferred).

• Familiarity with multiple Arabic dialects is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Kahoot, and online teaching tools.

• Creative, positive, energetic personality with strong presentation skills.

• Ability to motivate learners and build strong client relationships.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Translation, or a related field.

• Teaching Diploma or teaching certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (language teaching preferred).
