Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Arabic Nursery Teacher to join a dynamic early years education setting in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Arabic lessons to toddlers and preschoolers, helping them build foundational skills in listening, speaking, reading, and early writing—while fostering holistic child development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate Arabic lessons using interactive and engaging teaching strategies.

• Foster children’s Arabic language development across listening, speaking, reading, and early writing stages.

• Promote cognitive, emotional, and social development through language immersion.

• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with the nursery’s ethos.

• Monitor and assess children’s progress; provide regular reports to parents and nursery leadership.

• Collaborate with English-speaking staff to integrate Arabic into bilingual or multicultural settings.

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, share language learning tips for home, and encourage parental engagement.

• Stay current on early years education trends and Arabic teaching methodologies through professional development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken Arabic is essential.

• Prior experience working with young children (toddlers/preschoolers) in a nursery or EYFS-aligned setting is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• Teaching qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) are preferred.

• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to engage young learners effectively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both colleagues and parents.
