The Home Owners Association (HOA) in Sharjah is seeking an Arabic Speaking FM Engineer to oversee the facilities management of residential communities. The role requires proficiency in both Arabic and English, with at least 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or property administration. The FM Engineer will work closely with residents, service providers, and authorities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ARRA regulations and UAE property laws. Develop community rules and bylaws.

Community Management: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and security, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, tracking service charge collections, and maintaining financial transparency.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and developers. Organize and lead HOA meetings.

Project Management: Plan and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in community management or property administration.

Knowledge of Ajman property laws and ARRA regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Arabic and English proficiency is a must.

Experience with HOA software and facilities management best practices is preferred.
