Job Title: Arabic-Speaking Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Description:
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant fluent in Arabic, with a deep understanding of the GCC corporate landscape? We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Corporate Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in the executive leadership team of a dynamic organization.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, professional communication, and high-level coordination across departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and international travel arrangements.

Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft and prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business communications.

Maintain the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate information.

Organize and oversee corporate meetings, events, and executive sessions.

Manage daily communications such as emails, phone calls, and follow-ups.

Conduct market or internal research to support business planning and decisions.

Assist in project tracking and follow up on executive-level action items.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies and respect regional norms and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Native-level fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with solid experience in the GCC region.

In-depth knowledge of GCC corporate culture, protocols, and professional standards.

Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Professional demeanor with the ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Discreet, ethical, and capable of handling high-level confidential information.

Willingness to be flexible with travel and schedule requirements.
