OnTime HealthCare Services is hiring an Arabic Receptionist to join its clinic in Dubai. This role is central to ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients, managing front-desk operations, and supporting the healthcare team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival.

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic calendar.

Provide accurate information about clinic services and procedures in Arabic and English.

Assist patients with check-in forms and registration.

Keep reception and waiting areas tidy, organized, and welcoming.

Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verifications.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.

Address and resolve client inquiries in a professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

Familiarity with clinic scheduling and management systems.

Attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work calmly under pressure with professionalism.

Proficiency in office software and tools.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per year + benefits.
