The Arbor School Dubai is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Arabic Immersion Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join its Early Years and Primary team. This role provides a unique opportunity to support Arabic language acquisition through immersive, play-based, and experiential learning in line with the school’s vision of bilingual, eco-literate, and sustainability-driven education.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Arabic Immersion Teacher in delivering an engaging Arabic language programme.

• Facilitate a language-rich environment by embedding Arabic in daily routines, activities, and interactions.

• Assist with small group and individual support to enhance Arabic language learning.

• Contribute to classroom displays, teaching resources, and activities that promote Arabic literacy and cultural identity.

• Encourage bilingual learning through play-based, experiential, and holistic methods.

• Foster student engagement, curiosity, and confidence in both Arabic and English.

• Promote the school’s vision of sustainability, well-being, and environmental and social awareness.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with clear, confident communication skills.

• Proficiency in English for effective interaction with staff and children.

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic or relevant field.

• CACHE Level 3 / Early Childhood Education qualification (preferred).

• KHDA Notice of Appointment (if available).

• Previous experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1 settings (British curriculum preferred).

• Knowledge of EYFS or the British curriculum.

• Interest in eco-literacy, sustainability education, and nature-based learning.
