Job Description:

MENA Recruit is seeking an experienced, bilingual Arabic/English lawyer for a contract position with a prominent government entity in Abu Dhabi. This role requires expertise in FIDIC and construction contracts, with a focus on drafting and negotiating agreements, HR and procurement requests, and legal memos. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction law and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review construction contracts, procurement requests, and legal memos.

• Provide legal support for construction projects, ensuring compliance with FIDIC and other relevant standards.

• Advise on legal risks and resolve contract-related disputes.

• Coordinate with HR, procurement, and other departments on legal matters.

• Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to ensure clear understanding and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Mid-level: 4-7 years PQE / Senior level: 10-12 years PQE

• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English

• Skills: FIDIC and construction contracts experience is essential.

• Visa Requirements: Freelance, golden, or spousal visa holders preferred.

• Contract Type: Rolling month-to-month contract

Salary: AED 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of allowances.
